COVID-19 — Information about school picture orders

See how we're handling the coronavirus pandemic & how it affects school pictures: COVID-19 Statement

COVID-19 Statement

At Scholastic Photography, our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the coronavirus.
We have been and continue to comply with local and state mandates, rules, and guidelines.

Some schools and school districts anticipate the possibility of reopening yet this Spring. For all of the school photography jobs scheduled by Scholastic Photography through early March - which were actually photographed - - - pictures have either been delivered to your school, or are in process. If you placed an online order for a school picture project which was not photographed, you are eligible for a refund. For Kansas schools, as you know, Governor Kelly has closed schools for the remainder of the 2019 - 2020 school year, and you will receive a refund for your online order if your school was not photographed.

A few schools received delivery of pictures after closing, and they will advise you on what plan will be implemented for you to pick up or otherwise receive your picture order.

We will continue to monitor the data and recommendations from the CDC and WHO, local authorities, and your school.

You may communicate with us via voicemail and email.

Please stay home, stay healthy, stay kind, and thanks for your patience and understanding in these difficult times.
